Associate Professor Michael Baker brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Kinetic Health Solutions. Michael's academic background is in clinical exercise physiology, specifically in cancer, diabetes, and older adults. He is a Fellow of Exercise and Sport Science Australia and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He previously held the position of Course Coordinator of the Master's of Exercise Physiology Course at the Australian Catholic University and is currently the Director of Graduate Research School at Western Sydney University. 

Nitin graduated with a Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2014 and has a wealth of experience in the NDIS, acute & rehabilitation hospitals, within the community & virtual healthcare. He believes in putting people and families at the centre and takes a holistic approach to therapy. Nitin has worked with paediatric clients, young adults and complex disabilities to build and achieve their functional goals

Jack graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2016. He has a wide range of experience in both musculoskeletal and neurological concerns having worked in private practice, disability and hospital based rehabilitation. Jack has worked with clients in an array of settings, ranging from on the sporting field into the community. With years of experience and specialised training within disability and neurological conditions, Jack will empower his clients to live life to the fullest, and offer personalised care and support to help overcome any physical challenge.  

James graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy. Coming from a background in private practice, James utilises a combination of hands on therapy and physical exercise to treat a wide array of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. 

James has a background in strength and conditioning, leading James to understand the importance of movement as part of the rehabilitation process and is very enthusiastic in empowering his clients to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle while overcoming any physical challenges they may face. 

Andrea Tyler has been practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2011 and a Credentialed Diabetes Educator since 2017. Having graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and University of Technology Sydney with a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management, she is uniquely placed to assist her patients to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes. 
Andrea has a passion for using exercise as a tool in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and disabilities and her experience spans across a variety of areas including weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and PCOS as well as musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.

She is also a sessional lecturer at the Australian Catholic University, educating students enrolled in the Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology.  

Rozanna Hofmann is a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist and Positive Behavioural Therapist. She holds a BSc in Occupational Therapy and a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management and Commerce from the University of Witwatersrand.

Rozanna's career spans across South Africa, the UK, and Australia. She founded and directed CARE – The Centre for Autism Research and Education in South Africa, gaining recognition for its excellence in Autism services. 

Her expertise includes extensive experience with special needs learners and a strong background in both medical and educational settings.

Rozanna excels in client care, detailed assessments, and multidisciplinary collaboration. She is pivotal in training and supervising junior therapists and leading quality improvement projects. Her compassionate, client-centered approach ensures positive outcomes for individuals with disabilities.

Kirsty is a recent graduate of Westfields Sports High School, where she was awarded a sports scholarship. Over the past two years, she has gained valuable experience coaching children, including children who are neurodivergent, in sports skill development. Kirsty also holds a Certificate I in Coaching, which has further enhanced her coaching abilities and knowledge. Alongside coaching, she runs a successful sports photography and videography business, using social media for promotion. This has allowed her to work with a wide range of clients, from local competition teams to senior representative teams across Sydney. Kirsty is passionate in developing young athletes and non athletes in the field of sport and fitness.
